In a ghastly reminder of the ugly face of global terrorism we face, terrorists have struck again and mowed down at least 61 people inside a shopping mall in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital. At least two Indians are among those killed.
In a similar incident in a Peshawar church, 81 people were killed in a suicidal bomb attack. The twin attacks have been owned up by Al-Shabab, a terrorist group affiliated to Al Qaida. The number of those injured in the Peshawar mishap has been estimated at close to 600.
