The PSLV C-21 carries French advanced remote sensing satellite 720 kg SPOT-6 and its 15 kg Japanese micro satellite PROITERES.
From its humble beginnings of launching the indigenous 'Aryabhatta' in Russia in 1975, ISRO has indeed come a long way.
