The Allahabad High Court, while admitting a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) by Nutan Thakur, has asked the Cente to reply why Robert Vadra should not be investigated for his dealings with DLF. The PIL asks the Prime Minister to have a probe into allegations against Vadra. The court has given the central government 21 days for filing its reply. The case will come up for next hearing on November 21.
The PIL says that despite denials by DLF, Robert Vadra and Congress, some basic questions remain unanswered, including how a company with an initial investment of Re. 5 lakh could grow to Rs 500 crore in just three years.
