Aruj Garg, an National Law School student in Bangalore, makes and sells food on his college campus as he is sick of the campus food. Aruj owns 'Bhukkad' - a food joint at his college and believes that Bhukkad addresses the daily food woes of college students. Aruj, a third year of BA LLB (Hons), had started Bhukkad in May, 2011 and has added much to the menu and offers sandwiches, salads, pastas, burgers, milkshakes and smoothies.
What's unique about Bhukkad is that it does not use artificial food like cheese and ketchups and tries making food as natural as possible. Aruj is overwhelmed with the response to Bhukkad and does not see himself pursuing the legal profession, at least in the near future.
